Section 60 Disposition versions

60. The Chair of the Conseil du trésor cancels the attestation issued to a supplier or a service provider referred to in the first paragraph of section 59 who does not fulfil a commitment to implement an affirmative action program.

Any supplier and any service provider whose attestation referred to in section 59 has been cancelled may not enter into a contract with a pubic body referred to in section 58 or a subcontract related to such a contract as long as a new attestation has not been issued.
